How to measure

Clothing:

Use a soft tape; keep it snug, not tight.
Chest & stomach: around the fullest part, parallel to floor.
Waist: natural waist (bend side to find crease).
Bicep/forearm: widest point; wrist above the bone.
Thigh/mid-thigh/ankle: measure the widest part of each.
Inseam: inner crotch seam to floor; Outseam: waist to floor on outside.
Sternum span: center of sternum to between shoulder blades.
Measure in the underwear or layer you’ll wear with the item.

Paddles:

Overall length: tip to handle end.
Striking length: usable impact area (exclude handle).
Width: widest point of striking face.
Core: choose wood or steel; note other if custom.
Thickness/weight: add preferences in notes if needed.
