Hours of operation

There is no such thing, Office is open 9-5 GMT. But, if I'm up I will answer. WhatsApp is the only way to reach me.

Shipping:

Due to the Canada Post strike, all ETA's for transportation wether Air or ground, do NOT apply. With the couriers picking up the slack, they will not issue us an ETA.

Within Canada, generally 10-14 days. US averages 12-16 days, and overseas can be up too 2 months, depending the country.

Maintenance 

Hand wash using soap sparingly. A toothbrush if the best for scrubbing.

Returns

Only items can be returned loo
